Responsibilities
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with business partners across the organization and with outside experts to gain industry trends and collect voice of the customer and voice of the business to develop and execute changes needed for business growth.
• Manages metrics, dashboards and leads the development of necessary processes and tools to monitor and drive performance.
• Planning and directing all projects viewed as critical to department and the enterprise
• Leads customer engagement initiatives to understand their energy transition goals and plans, and establish CAT workstreams to collaborate and meet their needs.
